Spanking Kills Woodman.
Hepburn, Ia., June 1. — Frank Fecht died a Modern Woodman and because of his initiation into the order. In taking the last degree a spanking board was used. Blank cartridges were discharged by the board. Powder entered Fecht’s leg, blood poisoning and lockjaw following. The Modern Woodmen paid his funeral expenses.
